Rick is a CPA and a Senior Manager at DHJJ. He serves individuals and business owners in a variety of industries, providing tax and business advisory services to help them strengthen their financial position. Connecting to clients and getting to know who they are, both as individuals and business owners, is one of Rick Ochenkowski’s favorite aspects of his role.

Originally from Chicago, Rick attended North Central College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. The choice to pursue an accounting career was an easy one for Rick. Always a “numbers person,” he enjoyed his first accounting class and the wide view it afforded him of business as well as a chance to interact with a variety of individuals.

Married for eight years, Rick and his wife Jen live in Naperville, Illinois. They have two young sons and a daughter. In his free time, Rick enjoys staying active with his family by running, biking, hiking, working out and generally being outside playing sports as much as he can.
